1. Premium features
When you have an active Pillaflow Premium subscription, you receive access to the Premium features available in your version of the app. Premium features may vary depending on platform, region, plan, and app version, and may currently include features such as:
- AI chat and AI-powered assistance;
- smart suggestions and AI-assisted planning support;
- advanced insights, summaries, and progress analysis;
- premium habit, routine, task, productivity, and planning tools;
- finance and budgeting tools;
- additional health, wellness, and progress-tracking features;
- streak protection or similar continuity tools;
- social, friends, and group-related premium tools; and
- other premium functionality identified in-app at the time of purchase or use.
Some Premium features may require internet access, a supported device, a compatible app version, or specific permissions to function properly.
2. Pricing
Pillaflow Premium may be offered on a monthly and/or annual subscription basis.
Prices are displayed in the Apple App Store and/or Google Play before purchase. The price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay, which may vary depending on region, currency, taxes, promotional pricing, or platform rules.
We may change pricing in the future where allowed by law and platform rules. Any pricing changes will be handled in accordance with Apple or Google subscription policies.
3. Billing and auto-renewal
Premium is a recurring subscription that may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By purchasing Premium, you authorise the relevant app store platform to charge your selected payment method. Billing is handled by Apple and/or Google, not directly by Pillaflow.
You agree that:
- payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase;
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in time under your platform's rules;
- renewal charges may be applied shortly before the current subscription period ends, depending on platform rules; and
- we do not store or process your full payment card details.
4. Managing, cancelling, and restoring subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's platform account settings:
- iOS (Apple App Store): Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android (Google Play): Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
If supported in-app, you may also be able to use a Restore Purchases feature to restore Premium access after reinstalling the app or switching devices.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective billing and refund policies, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
We do not control the refund approval process where purchases are made through Apple or Google.
6. Trials and promotional offers
If Pillaflow offers a free trial, introductory offer, discount, or other promotion, the relevant terms will be shown to you at the time of purchase.
Unless you cancel before the end of the trial or promotional period, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription and continue renewing under the applicable plan terms.
If no trial or promotional offer is shown when you subscribe, then none applies.
7. AI premium features disclaimer
Some Premium features may include AI-powered tools, including chat assistance, content generation, suggestions, planning support, summaries, and insights.
By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate;
- AI features are provided for general assistance only;
- AI features do not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or professional advice;
- you remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to rely on AI-generated output; and
- you should not submit sensitive information that you do not want processed by third-party AI providers, such as passwords, payment card details, or bank account credentials.
AI-related processing may involve third-party service providers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how data may be processed.
8. Changes to Premium features
We may add, remove, update, improve, limit, or modify Premium features from time to time in order to:
- improve functionality or user experience;
- maintain security, stability, or legal compliance;
- reflect changes to third-party services or platform requirements; or
- support product development and app evolution.
We do not guarantee that every Premium feature will remain available forever or in the same form. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.
9. Access and technical requirements
To access Premium features, you generally need:
- an active subscription linked to your Apple or Google account;
- a supported version of the Pillaflow app;
- a compatible device and operating system; and
- internet access for features that depend on syncing, AI, backups, online services, or live updates.
Certain Premium features may also require device permissions or integrations, such as notifications, health permissions, calendar access, or other supported platform services.
We are not responsible for problems caused by unsupported devices, outdated app versions, internet outages, operating-system limitations, app-store issues, or third-party platform failures.
10. Suspension and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Apple or Google subscription settings. Unless platform rules or applicable law state otherwise, your Premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate Premium access if:
- your account is suspended or terminated under our Terms of Service;
- we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, misuse, or other unauthorised activity;
- continued access creates risk to the Service, users, or third parties; or
- we are required to do so by law, regulation, or platform rules.
Termination or suspension of Premium does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law or granted under the relevant platform's policy.
