Pillaflow is intended to be a supportive and respectful environment. You must treat other users with respect.
Do not:
- harass, bully, threaten, insult, intimidate, or shame others;
- engage in hate speech or discriminatory abuse;
- target users based on race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics; or
- encourage dogpiling, exclusion, or repeated hostile behaviour.
2. No illegal, dangerous, or harmful activity
Do not use Pillaflow to engage in, plan, promote, or facilitate illegal, dangerous, or harmful activity.
This includes, but is not limited to:

- promoting violence or making credible threats;
- encouraging self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behaviour;
- distributing malware, scams, phishing attempts, fraudulent content, or deceptive links;
- using Pillaflow for unlawful activity;
- exploiting, grooming, harming, or sexualising minors; or
- sharing content that promotes terrorism, criminal activity, or serious violence.
Pillaflow has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse.
3. Privacy, security, and consent
Respect the privacy and security of others.
You must not:
- share another person's private or personal information without their permission;
- attempt to collect or expose passwords, private contact details, financial information, or other sensitive data;
- impersonate another person, organisation, or brand in a misleading way; or
- use the Service to stalk, monitor, or invade another person's privacy.
If you share photos, names, usernames, or other personal content involving another person, you must have the right to do so.
4. Profile, group, and shared-content standards
Usernames, display names, bios, profile pictures, group names, and other visible content must be appropriate for a general audience.
Do not use profiles, groups, or shared spaces to post or display content that is:
- hateful or abusive;
- sexually explicit or exploitative;
- graphically violent or disturbing;
- intentionally deceptive or impersonating someone else;
- unlawful, threatening, or harmful; or

5. Spam, manipulation, and misuse
Do not spam or misuse Pillaflow's social features.
This includes:
- sending excessive, repetitive, or unwanted invites or requests;
- posting or sharing spam, scams, or unsolicited promotions;
- attempting to manipulate, deceive, or exploit other users;
- artificially inflating engagement or interactions; or
- using Pillaflow primarily for unsolicited advertising or mass outreach.

If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, contact support@pillaflow.com with details and we will review.

Pillaflow is designed to support productivity, organisation, wellbeing, and constructive social interaction. Use community features in a way that supports a safe and positive experience for others.
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, share, or make visible through your account.
7. Safety tools and reporting
If you experience abuse, feel unsafe, or see content or behaviour that may violate these Guidelines, you should use any available in-app safety tools where possible, such as removing friends, blocking users, leaving groups, or declining invites.
You can also contact us with relevant details, including usernames and screenshots where possible.

8. Enforcement
We may take action when we believe these Guidelines or our Terms have been violated.
Depending on the severity or repetition of the behaviour, actions may include:
- content removal;
- warnings;
- profile or group restrictions;
- temporary limits on social features;
- suspension of account access; or
- permanent account removal or banning.
We may also take urgent action where necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain platform safety.
9. Appeals
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may contact us and request a review. Please include as much relevant detail as possible so we can assess the situation.
