Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pillaflow and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Pillaflow, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If the laws in your country require a higher minimum age, you must meet that requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live.
Accounts
You may need to create an account to use some or all features of Pillaflow. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials secure;
- all activity that takes place under your account; and
- maintaining the security of your device and account access.
Pillaflow may also offer security features such as password reset, email verification, and two-factor authentication.
The Service
Pillaflow is an all-in-one productivity and life management app. Depending on your device, region, and plan, the Service may include features such as:
- habits and streak tracking;
- tasks, reminders, scheduling, and calendar-related features;
- routines and recurring planning tools;
- notes and personal organisation tools;
- health and wellness tracking, including food, calories, macros, water, sleep, mood, steps, activity, and weight-related tools;
- weight-management and progress features;
- finance tracking, budgeting, and spending insights;
- achievements, badges, insights, and progress summaries;
- notifications and notification centre features;
- profile customisation and account settings;
- friends, social connections, invitations, and groups; and
- an optional AI chat assistant and related AI-powered actions.
Some features may rely on third-party platforms, device permissions, or operating-system services such as Apple Health, Health Connect, calendars, notifications, camera access, or subscription platforms.

Health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness features are provided for self-tracking, educational, and informational purposes only. Pillaflow does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Finance disclaimer
Finance and budgeting features are for personal organisation and informational use only. Pillaflow does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
Device integrations and permissions
Some Pillaflow features may request access to device capabilities or third-party data sources, such as notifications, calendar access, camera access, photo library access, or health data integrations.
By enabling these features, you allow Pillaflow to access and use that information only as needed to provide the relevant functionality. You can usually manage permissions through your device settings, but disabling permissions may limit certain features.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, record, or submit in Pillaflow ("User Content"), including things such as tasks, habits, notes, profile details, health logs, finance entries, routine data, messages, and other in-app content.
You grant Pillaflow a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, securing, and providing the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is lawful and that you have the right to submit it.
Social features, profiles, friends, and groups
Pillaflow may allow you to create a profile, connect with other users, send or receive invitations, join groups, and interact through social features.
By using these features, you agree:
- to interact respectfully with other users;
- not to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or abuse anyone;
- not to post unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful content; and
- to follow any Community Guidelines or in-app rules we provide.
Some information such as your username, display name, profile photo, or selected profile details may be visible to other users depending on how the Service works and your settings.
We may remove content or restrict access to social features where necessary to protect users or the Service.
AI features
Pillaflow may offer optional AI-powered features, including chat assistance and AI-generated suggestions or action proposals.
By using these features, you understand and agree that:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate;
- AI responses are provided for general assistance only and should be reviewed by you before you rely on them;
- any AI-generated actions, suggestions, habits, tasks, or plans remain your responsibility; and
- you should not submit sensitive information that you do not want processed through third-party AI systems, such as passwords, payment card details, or bank account credentials.
Where the AI proposes changes or actions inside the app, you remain responsible for reviewing and approving them.
Acceptable use
You may not use Pillaflow to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- upload or distribute harmful code, malware, or malicious content;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service except where applicable law permits it;
- harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate another person; or
- misuse social, notification, invitation, or AI features.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Subscriptions and Premium
Pillaflow may offer free and paid features, including Premium subscriptions.
If you purchase a subscription:
- billing is handled by the Apple App Store and/or Google Play, and RevenueCat may be used to manage entitlements;
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal;
- pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms will be shown to you before purchase;
- you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings; and
- refunds are handled according to the rules of the platform through which you purchased, unless local law says otherwise.
We may change pricing or Premium features in the future, but changes will not affect your current billing period unless permitted by law or platform rules.
Availability, updates, and changes
We may add, remove, update, suspend, or change any part of Pillaflow at any time. Features may differ by platform, device type, operating system, or region.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Data, backups, and deletion
We aim to provide a reliable service, but you are responsible for maintaining any copies of information you consider important.
You may be able to delete certain data or your account through the app. When you request deletion, some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes.
Termination
You may stop using Pillaflow at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your use creates risk or harm to other users, us, or third parties; or
- we are required to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by nature should continue after termination.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no warranties or guarantees about the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pillaflow and its provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to us for Premium in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- GBP £0 if you have not made any payment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Intellectual property
Pillaflow, including its software, design, branding, logos, interface, visual elements, and other platform content, is owned by Lucas Rusu and/or licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not give you ownership of Pillaflow or any of our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our branding without permission.
Privacy
Your use of Pillaflow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
